This is a more condensed study of mahamudra with a concise ‘Geography of Mahamudra‘. This starts from the early stages of developing awareness with samatha practices to calming the mind and developing equinimity with shamata. The study continued through the mulayogas to the creation and the completion stages. It consists of 16 weeks of talks, Q&A and meditation sessions.
